Type 2 Diabetes Eating Plan – Exante 800 Calorie VLCD That Works!

  2. This is great information. I am overweight and working NOT getting type 2 diabetes. You information was intriguing. Low calorie, high protein seems to be a good plan. Being from Tennessee, all we eat is carbs from breads, potatoes, pasta and such. Its just our culture. But I know I need to re-direct my thinking with cooking and food choices to the low carb, low calorie, high protein.
